Do you ship to all Australian states?
Yes, we do ship to all Australian states (within the limitations of Australia Post, if any).

How do you calculate the shipping costs?
We use Australia Post to ship our ceramics Australia-wide;
Shipping costs with Australia Post depend on the destination, weight and size of the parcel delivered.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we do. Please contact us for shipping quote.
Do you accept bulk, wholesale or custom orders?
Yes, we do when possible. Please contact us to discuss the different options.
How do you make sure that the items will not break during transit?
We take great care with packaging and shipping our ceramics to you as safely as possible; we bubble wrap the items and place them carefully in the box, surrounded by special packaging fillers to protect them during transit.
In the unfortunate event where goods arrive damaged and / or faulty, please contact us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the goods and we will arrange for a replacement / refund or so that we can guide you through submitting a claim with Australia Post.

How will I know when new products are added to the website?
If you're after a specific item that is currently out of stock, hit the "Notify When Available" button and enter your email address and we will email you as soon as it is back. You can find more Availability information here.
I would like to send my order as a special gift to someone, is that possible?
Of course it is! Simply "add a note to seller" from your cart when you checkout and we will make sure that no payment information is included in the package and we can even add a card for you! Remember to add the correct shipping address (as opposed to the billing address).

Are your glazes food safe? And what about 'vegan-friendly'?
All the glazes we use for our kitchenware collection are food safe.
We do not use animal product or animal by-product in our glazes.
Is your kitcheware dishwasher safe?
